Greater Cleveland property documentation
For remote owners, investors, property managers, banks, REO departments, and asset companies: we visit the property, photograph accessible interior and exterior areas, document readily visible concerns, and deliver one organized report within 24 hours.
We photograph and describe readily visible conditions. We do not test systems, diagnose causes, determine severity, provide code or safety opinions, estimate repairs, or advise whether to purchase a property.

Built for remote oversight
The report records what was readily visible. It helps absentee owners, property managers, banks, REO departments, and asset companies organize current information and decide whether a licensed inspector, contractor, attorney, or other qualified professional should become involved.
See the property without relying on scattered text messages or unlabeled photographs.
Create a current visual record to use alongside professional inspections and other due diligence.
Document readily visible conditions, access limitations, occupancy indicators, and apparent changes.
Keep repeat visits and reports organized by property and date.
What you receive
Images are labeled by area and visit date instead of arriving as an unstructured photo dump.
Observations use consistent categories, including visible concern documented, routine observation, no visible change, and area inaccessible.
When a condition warrants immediate notification, the customer receives the available photographs and CLEInspection records the outreach.
A $99 focused follow-up visit can document visible changes after work is completed without certifying repair quality.
Provide an onsite contact, confirmed tenant or property-manager access, or correct lockbox instructions. If customer-controlled access fails after arrival, a $99 no-access fee applies and the remaining prepaid balance may be transferred once toward rescheduling under the accepted policy.
Before you order

The approved report is normally delivered within 24 hours after the completed visit.
The report identifies the area as inaccessible. If a customer, tenant, owner, or incorrect access information prevents the scheduled visit, a $99 no-access fee applies under the accepted access policy.
